Return or exchange any unworn or unwashed merchandise by mail. Returns made within 15 days of the order delivery date will be issued a refund less shipping to the original form of payment. The merchandise must be unworn.
If you feel your item is damaged or defective please contact us directly at info@spartasharness.com and include pictures and any relevant information and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

Use a trackable and insured shipping method to return your package, with your order number clearly printed on your shipping label. We do not accept COD returns. You will also receive an email once your return as been processed .Once processed, please allow 2-3 business days for refunds to be credited back to your original form of payment.
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed. If you've requested an exchange, If you would like to expedite the exchange process, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you want.
